There are as many riffs on gin as there are fish in the sea, but it's rare to find a take that really cuts through — this does. Salted mangoes, with native aromats samphire and saltbush. Briny like a dirty martini, but packed with that emperor of tropical fruits the SUPER MANGO. Not for the boring-hearted, made in Victoria. Serve as you would any other favourite gin, or get a lil wild with it: ice, pineapple juice, jalapenos, salt rim would be a move.
