Domaine Florence Cholet Bourgogne Cote d'Or Blanc 750ml

Bourgogne Côte d’or is a generic appellation that guarantees that the wine comes from the Côte d’or area; in this case the vineyards are extremely well located since there are in the communes of Puligny and Meursault. The wine was aged on its fine lees without much bâtonnage just what it takes to give it an extra level of complexity. The vines are 35 on average; it is a rather accessible wine, which can be drunk young, but not to be mistaken with a basic Bourgogne Blanc, it bears this particular “finesse” that is typical of Chardonnays from this area.
