Saline, hazelnut, slight spice, subtle struck match, white peach, white flowers and a little mint. Fine bones, a lovely flow of cool flavour, flint through a gentle honey gloss, discreet nutty umami oak, and a long finish offering green olive and a twist of citrus. It’s tightly wound as at now, and I reckon given a year or two, the score will go even higher. Superb wine of precision and grace!
