A very literal name, this juicy thing is a blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir and Merlot from Ryan's sustainably farmed vineyards. All fruit was fermented as whole berry clusters in open bins then into a mixture of old oak (puncheons) and concrete egg for ageing. Fine tannins, a mix of light and dark fruits like strawberries and cherries. Easy drinking table wine. Can even do with a tiny chill on warmer days.
