Ferdinand's Saar Gin 750ml

Are your two favourite things gin AND wine? Well, you've found the right gin! This is Ferdinand's take on a sloe gin but instead using distillery grown quince. We use pear or muscat quinces which are sweeter than the quinces we traditionally see here in Australia, macerated in the flagship Riesling infused Ferdinand's Gin for 3 months. Once the maceration is complete, only a little bit of quince juice is used to sweeten, so all the flavour comes from fruit not sugar! On the nose, juniper mixed with pear, apple and quince aromas leading into a pallete of slightly tart quince and pears. Try as a G+T alternative with your favourite tonic and a splash of white vermouth or as a quince breakfast martini!
