A 50cl bottling of Icelandic malt spirit from Eimverk Distillery (founded 2009) that hasn't been aged for long enough to be called whisky. It's made with 100% Icelandic barley. Nose: Fresh but not too feisty, quite buttery and attractive actually with some toasty wood spice. Palate: Vanilla, white coffee, fresh bread, pepper and bubblegum. Finish: Spicy, touch of flint and popcorn.

If you have found your way to this product page, you are likely after something different, this is it. Its not going to compare easily to well known Whisky, it is young, but it is different and worth the go.
