An immaculate representation of the Côte des Blancs. 100% Chardonnay from Cramant, Avize and Grauves. 50% of reserve wines from the harvests of 2010, 2011, 2012. 7 years on lees. Dosage 7gr/L. This champagne will enhance a cheese platter or a citrus dessert. Our blancs de blancs is crafted exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the Cote des Blancs. A blend of vintages and reserve wines contributes to generous and complex aromas, and we age it for longer, to produce a beautifully clear and elegant Champagne.
