Limited, 3% of the 885 bottles of the now globally sold out vintage was allocated to Australia. A collectors cuvée. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. This champagne is perfect as an aperitif, with a seafood platter or with a chocolate dessert such as a chocolate fondant or a black forest cake. Delicate aromas of red berries and raspberries give way to textures of mirabelle plum and toasted brioche. Smooth and well-structured.
