George Dickel No. 8 Tennessee Whisky 1L

No. 8 Tennessee Whisky is the foundation on which the Dickel name was built. Originally formulated by George himself, it is double distilled first in a column still and then a pot still. No.8 is based on a mash higher in corn content than its neighbour's (Jack Daniels) and those used by most Bourbon distilleries and is chilled to remove heavy elements before being slow aged in freshly charred oak barrels. A cocktail staple in many circles, George Dickel No. 8 Tennessee Whisky is, at heart, a true 'sipping whisky' intended to deliver its subtle sweetness with touches of leather, char and vanilla neat.
