Just like the rest of our Giesen range, Rosé Spritz begins as a premium New Zealand wine. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and fermented at cool temperatures to lock in freshness and purity. After ageing on lees for added texture, the wine is delicately balanced, then finished with a spritz for a playful, refreshing lift.
