Grant Burge 5Th Generation Merlot 750ml

Purple and red in colour, this wine has aromas of plum and mint, supported by hints of vanilla, chocolate and mocha. The soft sweet palate is delicately layered with red berry and plum flavours and is balanced by the ripe tannins with the addition of oak and fruit sweetness. The multi-layered flavours and lingering finish give this wine an impressive length and structure. This wine will benefit from cellaring for eight to 10 years, and is a delicious match for a variety of pasta dishes and red meats.
