Cali IPA is our Head Brewer, Charlie’s take on a classic West Coast India Pale Ale. The pilsner malt base is pale in colour and super crispy on the finish. Columbus, Citra and Mosaic combine to balance tropical fruit flavours with satisfying notes of resinous pine.
