Hare's Chase Vigilance Shiraz is a premium red wine crafted from estate-grown fruit in the heart of Marananga, Barossa Valley. Handpicked and basket pressed, this Shiraz is aged in seasoned French oak barriques, allowing the fruit to shine with minimal intervention.
On the palate, expect rich layers of dark cherry, black plum and mulberry, complemented by hints of black pepper and vanilla. The texture is velvety and generous, with supple fine tannins that carry through to a long, satisfying finish.
Hare's Chase was named Red Wine Producer of the Year at the 2025 Sommeliers Choice Awards, and the Vigilance range has earned multiple gold medals internationally. At 14.5% ABV, this is a bold yet balanced Barossa Shiraz with excellent cellaring potential.
