Hartshorn Distillery Sheep Whey Gin 500ml

Hyper-local ingredients feature the flowers and herbs unique to Tasmania. Hartshorn's distiller had the goal of featuring local native berries, leaves, and seeds to capture the spirit of the region. Other native Australian botanicals are added to the gin, plus juniper, for a light, aromatic spirit. The botanicals include two secret ingredients never used before in gin, one Australian native flower and one Australian sweet grass. Other botanicals include lemon myrtle, wattleseed, anise, and Tasmanian pepper leaf. Sheep Whey Gin was a Gold Medal winner in the 2018 World Gin Awards.
