Hawkers Beer founder Mazen Hajjar started the Middle East's first craft brewery back in July 2006 during the war between Israel and Hezbollah and by the time he left his old company, they were exporting beer to 26 different countries around the world. After hawking beers on one of his trips to Australia, Mazen made the call to launch Down Under and the Hawkers name is inspired by the street vendors that roamed Australia during colonial times. Hawkers Beer Hazy Pale is 4.6% ABV, generously dry-hopped and boasts massive juice characters driven by American and New Zealand hops that deliver a beautifully approachable, New England-style, sessionable pale ale.
