Highland Park 30 Year Old 2019 Release 700ml

The 2019 release of Highland Park 30 Year Old is a dramatic and complex single malt that needs to be experienced to truly be appreciated. Aged for three decades in no less than 20 individual barrels that were a mix of first-fill bourbon casks, first-fill sherry seasoned casks, and refill casks, Highland Park 30 Year Old 2019 Release has a nose full of smoke and dried fruits. These same flavours continue on the palate with the vanilla from the bourbon barrels and a honey sweetness coming to the front. These are quickly followed by touches of cooking spices and tangy citrus notes.
