Husk Distillers Ink Gin 700ml

Husk Distillers is the home of Ink Gin, the world's first colour-changing Gin. It's crafted on a farm in Tumbulgum, Northern NSW, and pot-distilled from organic juniper berries and 12 other native Australian aromatics. There are hints of pine on the nose, but not enough to overpower the delicate florals. Orange peel and lemon zest are the most prominent flavours. What makes this Gin unique is the inclusion of a pH-sensitive exotic blue flower which imparts an all-natural indigo colour. This Gin is best mixed with tonic, lemon, or lime, to release the colour change.
