Inedit is the brainchild of Damm's brewmasters and Ferran Adrià's elBulli team, conceived as the first beer specifically designed to accompany fine food. The Barcelona brewery blends a traditional malted barley lager with a wheat beer in the Belgian witbier tradition, then layers in coriander, orange peel and licorice for added complexity.
Slightly hazy in the glass, it leads with floral and yeasty aromatics underpinned by sweet spice and citrus. The texture is creamy and soft, with delicate carbonation, restrained bitterness and a long, aromatic finish that keeps the spice and citrus humming.
The 750ml bottle is presented like a fine wine and pours like one too, ideal for sharing alongside salads, oily fish, soft cheeses and dishes with bright or bittersweet notes.
