Kanosuke Hioki Pot Still is crafted at the Hioki Distillery, where both unmalted and malted barley are employed in a unique mashing and fermentation process. This whisky is then distilled with care in a stainless steel shochu pot still, followed by maturation in new American white oak casks and bourbon barrels at the Kanosuke Distillery warehouse.
