This special edition was published by La Cofradia in honor of the pre-Hispanic ancestors and traditions. The ceramic bottle is a representation of Pakal the Great - the most important ruler of the Mayan city of Palenque. Pakal is the most well-known of its presentation in the famous grave plate of palenque known. During excavations in Mexico archaeologists of a statue head in the ruined city were discovered. The bottle is hand carved by Mexican artisans and handpainted. The light golden distillate of 100% blue agave matures for three years in white oak barrels. Its aroma is enhanced by a light oak bouquet and agave cooked by the seasoning. Its fruitiness on the palate discreetly takes away the heaviness. Also notes of toasted bread and vanilla can be found in the long and sweetish finish. Enjoy the King of Tequilas pure or in long drinks and cocktails.
