A limited release as is the norm for Lark, Ruby Pinot Cask Whisky is aged in a combination of small White Oak, Port, Sherry, Wine and Bourbon casks giving it notes honey, orange blossoms, honeysuckle, maple syrup and tart dried fruits with just a ghost of smokiness.
