Lark Distillery is the first single malt whisky producer in Tasmania since 1839 and has the perfect climate and environment for producing malt whisky. Lark Distillery Rum Cask III 2021 Release is the 3rd Rum Cask release created with the Lark Distillery's single malt whisky and their proprietary Tasmanian rum, Quiet Cannon Rum. The Quiet Cannon Rum casks are the perfect finish for this single malt release which is first aged in ex-sherry casks from Lark's Bothwell distillery. Rum Cask III is rich and sweet with aromas of nutty oak, glazed oranges and dark toffee with a warm lingering mouthfeel.
