Longmorn The Distiller's Choice is one of the better "no age statement" scotch whiskeys to be found. A single malt, it undergoes a triple wood aging process that includes both American white oak bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. This gives it a fruity aroma and flavour resplendent with apples, pears and hints of caramel and ginger. Sweet on the tongue, it finishes with a slightly spicy aftertaste that is ideal for those who love the tang of pepper and cloves along with an exquisitely smooth and creamy malt.
