Macallan Enigma Single Malt Whisky 700ml

The Macallan, a pioneer in Scotland's distillery industry, has gained worldwide recognition as a leading producer of single malt whiskies. Drawing on the influences of Spain, North America, and Scotland, The Macallan utilizes traditional methods and craftsmanship while combining natural raw materials to create its premium products. The distillery's founder, Alexander Reid, was a teacher and barley farmer, and the area where the distillery is located was originally named "Maghellan". The Enigma, part of The Quest Collection, is a rich and intense single malt matured in first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak butts and hogsheads from Jerez. It offers a complex nose of mature oak, dried fruits, vanilla, sweet pears, and cinnamon. On the palate, dried fruits and wood spices dominate, with ginger, cinnamon, and oak providing depth. The finish is full length, long, and unforgettable.
