Established in 2014 in Tel Aviv, Milk & Honey Distillery is located in the vibrant culinary and drinking hub of Israel. This distillery specializes in crafting kosher whiskies that take on the unique characteristics of their terroir, leveraging the hot and dry climate of the Middle East. Through a minimum three-year maturation process, the resulting whisky exudes elegance and is enhanced by the use of bourbon, red wine, and kosher sherry barrels. The distillery's expertise is evident in the delightful aromas of red apple, stone fruits, fresh honeycomb, beeswax polished oak, and the subtle spices of nutmeg and clove, reminiscent of a comforting hot apple pie.
