Having always dreamed of making beer for a living, Jaz & Grant Wearin quit their day jobs in 2012, jumped on a jet plane to the USA and explored this rapidly growing craft beer scene. 6 months later they returned to Sydney's Northern Beaches and poured their first Modus Operandi pint in 2014.
