Every wine is a blank canvas. Our winemakers select their 'palette' of grapes to capture the colour and vibrancy of South Australia. This wine is made in the Italian style; steely and crisp with delicious balanced acidity. Whilst drinking beautifully now, this wine can be aged for a few more years, if desired, to gain further depth and complexity.

The colour is medium to deep crimson with red hues, with rich and earthy aromas of ripe fruit and spice. There is a full flavoured palate of dark fruits, chocolate and savoury influences balanced by soft tannins.
