The fruit was harvested during the night to preserve its freshness, then underwent a process of crushing, destemming, and pressing. The juice was gently clarified and fermented with slight solids, resulting in enhanced texture and flavor. Following this, the wine was matured for 10 months in French oak on lees before being bottled.

This wine displays a pale yellow color and exudes a bouquet of nectarine, melon, and brazin nut. Its well-balanced palate showcases stone fruit notes, subtle hints of cream, and oak characteristics. With long-lasting flavors and lingering acidity, this wine is suitable for mid-term cellaring.
