Parcels of Merlot grapes were carefully selected and processed to preserve their pale pink color. The grapes were destemmed and gently pressed, minimizing skin contact. Afterward, they were cooled and fermented at a low temperature to create a wine that is both fresh and crisp, with a pleasing texture.

This wine exhibits a light pale pink hue and offers aromas of citrus, red apple, and guava. Delicate notes of strawberries and cream can also be detected on the nose, culminating in a crisp finish.
