Mt Duneed Estate Pinot Noir 750ml

The Pinot Noir grapes undergo a meticulous process including handpicking, crushing, destemming, and cold-soaking in open tanks for two days before fermentation. The wine is then hand-plunged twice daily and pressed to ensure the extraction of the fullest flavor and tannins. Following this, it is matured in French oak for a period of 12 months.

This vegan wine is characterized by its cherry ruby red color and offers classic flavors of rhubarb, dark cherry, spice, and subtle hints of oak. Additionally, notes of strawberry, plum, and earthiness contribute to its overall profile, while fine tannins and a lingering acidity provide a well-balanced finish.
