A juicy Sav that heaves with punchy fruit flavour and refreshing acidity.

Pale straw. Citrus and fresh green pea are complemented by a hint of black currant leaf. Juicy and refreshing, with crisp acidity and a quenching finish.

The fruit for this wine comes from the eastern end of Rapaura Road, where bony braided river soils meet alluvial and younger silt soils. The convergence of soil profiles gives an overt lift and pungency to Sauvignon Blanc, while adding crunchy phenolic texture.
