Nant Bourbon Cask 500ml

Nant is widely known for its limited release Tasmanian Highland Whiskeys and many who have been lucky enough to sample the entire line feel that Nant Bourbon Cask may be the best of the lot. Admittedly with only 248 bottles being made available, this isn't a large crowd. Still being matured from 2013 to 2018 in a tiny 100 litre cask created from the best bourbon soaked oak to be found, Nant Bourbon Cask is juicy and thick with huge barley notes, light muscovado sugar and liquorice tones and just the slightest smidgen of maple syrup, honey, pineapple and butter.
