Nomads Garden Fiano

Another vintage of Nomads Garden Fiano and another new Vineyard, this time from the super high altitude Mt Belvue Vineyard that sits 652m ASL on the Whitlands plateau. Needless to say this is super cool climate. As this is a cooler site the fruit needed to reach a higher level of ripeness before the total acidity of this naturally high acid variety came down to what we consider the optimal level, between 7.5-8.5 grams per litre. The views from this vineyard simply need to be seen to be believed, it’s a truly remarkable site.
