Org de Rac is a pioneering organic estate set on the south-facing slopes of the Piketberg, on the edge of South Africa's Swartland region. One of the first wineries in the country to be farmed organically from the very beginning, it produces wines that reflect a genuine commitment to natural, sustainable growing.
This Chardonnay offers irresistible aromas of ripe tropical fruit, beautifully balanced by a subtle touch of oak. The palate is generous and rounded, with the fruit carrying through to a long, lingering finish marked by a gorgeous note of butterscotch.
Creamy yet fresh, it pairs wonderfully with roast poultry, pork, richer fish dishes and vegetarian fare. Serve lightly chilled.
