Created from Indian 6-row barley grown in the Himalayan foothills and aged 3 to 5 years in bourbon barrels, Paul John Brilliance is their flagship offering named for the company's chairman. Bottled at full cask strength Paul John Brilliance is full bodied with a texture like warm honey. Exceptionally smooth and well rounded it has a flavour rich with sweet spices, chewy caramel, chocolate and a bit of waxy orange peel coming in mid-palate
