Penfolds Bin 311 is a cool-climate Chardonnay drawn from premium high-altitude and southern vineyards, typically spanning regions such as Tasmania, Tumbarumba and the Adelaide Hills. It showcases the more restrained, mineral-driven side of the Penfolds white wine portfolio.
Fermentation and maturation in French oak add subtle texture and complexity without overwhelming the fruit. Expect aromas of grapefruit, lemon curd and white stone fruit, lifted by notes of struck flint and wet stone.
