Pot & Still Fig Gin 500ml

Luscious and sweet Pot & Still Fig Gin is crafted with succulent figs, poached to gently extract the essence and earthiness of this fruit. It's balanced with a strong foundation of juniper and pine, accompanied with a floral note to bring out the savoury of the fig. The botanicals of this gin show early on the nose, fresh and aromatic, followed by a hint of citrus. The palate is richly fig-inspired, although the gin itself is quite well-balanced, and other aromas shine through, especially when mixed with a splash of tonic to fully aerate all the botanicals.
