The spirit is made from 100% Maguey (Espadin) agave and undergoes double distillation in alembic stills. Following this, the addition of chicken and coffee beans takes place, and the spirit is allowed to rest for a period of two weeks before undergoing its third and final distillation.

On the palate, one can expect an earthy and bitter coffee aroma that is followed by flavors of bitter cocoa, coffee, and a slight vegetal essence. The taste culminates with a smooth combination of coffee and agave sweetness.
