Redbreast 21 Year Old 700ml

The oldest offering from Billy Leighton and all those in County Cork, Redbreast 21-Year-Old is a single pot Irish Whiskey created from a blend of malted and unmalted barley and aged exclusively in first-fill oloroso casks and bourbon barrels. The long maturation process and use of hand select kegs gives it an extremely creamy texture that is almost buttery on the tongue and a complex body that is resplendent with toasted oats, fleshy fruits, vanilla beans, summer spices and a slight nuttiness from the oak. This is an Irish that even wine connoisseurs can appreciate.
