For many generations, Norwegian farmhouse brewers have relied on this yeast, as it boasts an exceptionally rapid fermentation process and thrives in circumstances where traditional yeast would struggle. When subjected to underpitching, it exhibits exceptional fruity esters, making it an ideal choice for hazy IPA's.

This particular strain is a combination of three distinct kveik yeasts and is subjected to a double dry hopping process utilizing Citra and Galaxy hops to maximize its juiciness.
