Slingsby Old Tom Gin 700ml

Founded in 2015 by Mike Carthy and Marcus Black, Slingsby Gin is a tip of the cap to Sir William Slingsby, who helped bring notoriety to Harrogate, North Yorkshire, for its healing spring waters in the 16th century. Old Tom Gin gained notoriety in the 1700s with the doors of illegal distilleries marked by images of tomcats. The style has become increasingly popular in recent years with the craft spirits revolution as a subtly sweeter alternative to London Dry Gin. Slingsby Old Tom Gin is 43% ABV with a Slingsby London Dry Gin base and Yorkshire liquorice combining to create a delicious and slightly sweet subtle gin.
