St Hallet Eden Valley Riesling has a delicate and intriguing aromas of flint and spice intermingled with lemon flowers and lime peel. An explosive line of energy. Opulent and textured it pours across the palate. Layers of intense flavour beginning with ripe lemons, lime juice and mineral talc flow into slate, stone and cold steel supported by a vibrant backbone of acidity. The finish is persistent, elegant and complex.
