Chairman's Reserve was born to restore the rum culture of Roseau Valley, St Lucia. Using only Guyanese molasses, multiple vats with various yeast strains and a range of different stills, Chairman's Reserve can deliver a wide spectrum of flavours in rum that do justice to the heritage of St Lucia.

A blend of Coffey and pot still rums aged and finished with local fruits and spices. An expressive aroma of bitter orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, and sweet raisin lead to a sweet and rich mouthfeel bursting with exotic spices, and balanced with crisp citrus character.
