Starward Octave Barrels Whisky is a 48% ABV Australian Whisky that's aged in The Octavius Shiraz red wine barrels by Yalumba, with big bold notes of caramel, ripe peach and raisins flowing into warm, burnt oak and dark berry fruit flavours before dancing across the tongue to a toasted marshmallow finish. A dreamy, Australian single malt that's best served neat or over a little crushed ice.
