Stefano Lubiana Primavera Pinot Noir 750ml

Our 100% biodynamic, estate-grown Primavera Pinot Noir is wild fermented, mostly de-stemmed and taken off skins early to retain lots of fruit flavour. The grapes are hand picked, hand sorted and fermented with own yeasts and some whole bunches. Basket pressed after about three weeks. Our Primavera is made to be approachable, with silky tannins, soft acidity and great generosity of fruit flavour. A beautiful soft red wine with natural medium body that has great drinkability and represents great value for money.
