Stoneleigh Pinot Noir 750ml

Stoneleigh Pinot Noir has been micro-fermented by naturally occurring micro-flora in the environment. This allows the winemakers at Stoneleigh to express a more nuanced character of the wine, and create a wine with a richer palate than other Pinots. Full, round mouthfeel and a texture with a hint of tart acid build a structure to frame the subtle fruit flavours and the toastiness of the oak finish. This is a more earthy Pinot Noir, focusing on the savoury parts of Pinot Noir flavours and less of a fruity, sweet quaff. Pair this wine with rustic dishes of game meat or fowl or tomato-based sauces.
