While the notes of juniper and pine are still apparent, the piquant citrus notes make this a more refreshing spirit. It's perfect for a traditional G&T or ice-cold Gimlet on a hot day or, due to its lighter, more subtle flavour profile, can be used in a number of complex gin-based cocktails.
