The new Distillery Creek Gin derives its name from a clandestine distillery that was operational near the Painkalac Creek in the late 19th century, notorious for its barley cultivation along the creek for distillery purposes. This contemporary version of the gin doesn't incorporate barley; however, it features an array of local botanicals such as coastal tea tree, riberries from the lilly pilly, river mint, and wild fennel.

Tasting notes highlight a delightful orange aroma with a fresh, bright gin tone. The initial taste is dominantly orange, gradually leading to a soft, sweet herbal finish.
