Taylors Jaraman Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Colour: On release the wine is a very pale straw colour with a youthful green hue.
Nose: It has intense lifted aromas of tropical passionfruit along with freshly cut grass and subtle mineral salt.
Palate: The wine is vibrant and lively with delicious flavours of passionfruit and green apple along with some subtle herbaceous characters and a hint of minerality that is typical of the region. Texturally, it is very elegant and delivers a sophisticated version of a very popular white wine variety.
Vintage ConditionsIn the Adelaide Hills, the season for vintage 2022 was welcomed for the long, cool ripening conditions which was ideal for fruit development. Full soil moisture profiles and mild and dry conditions in September encouraged an even budburst across the region although cool and some cold conditions throughout October and November delayed flowering and fruit set. Conditions during vintage were mild and dry with cool nights producing wines of elegant structure and enhanced flavour.
Cellaring Notes: Crafted for immediate enjoyment but will cellar over a short term under ideal conditions.
