The Bondi Brewing Co. IPA 375ml

Originally formed as Ben Buckler Brewery in 2016, The Bondi Brewing Co launched Bondi Beach's first craft beer in the summer of 2018 and operate a small lab in a garage North Bondi to this day, to brew and scientifically test all of their latest small batch innovations. The Bondi Brewing Co. IPA is a 6.2% ABV West Coast-style IPA brewed with 7 different hops and fermented with a Norwegian super yeast called Kveik Lutra, which ferments in 2 days at 35C rather than 2 weeks at 18C, pouring a deep copper hue with a full mouth feel driven by a big malt backbone.
